I’m Ashley, a coach, previous mental health counsellor, and spiritual guide passionate about helping high performing women with ADHD live with clarity, confidence, and calm aliveness.

I bring a unique, integrative approach that combines science, holistic practices, and personalized strategy. I hold certifications in strengths-based positive psychology, mind-body coaching, life and success coaching, somatic stress release, polyvagal yoga, somatic attachment theory, Human Design, and Gene Keys.

I’m here for those who are ready to go beyond quick fixes and dive deep into self-understanding and transformation.
