Bigger boundaries = bigger money, impact, & growth. 💥💰

Here’s the thing: I burned out from being a mental health counsellor because I had shit boundaries & couldn’t “turn off” work (shocker, it isn’t the coaching industry that is the problem, it is your boundaries that are).  I have NO intention of burning out from my business because of shit boundaries.

The world has a tough time with rich, resourced women (and spiritual men to be fair) with strong boundaries.  “She’s just in it for the money”, “she’s a bitch”, “she is manipulative”, and all kinds of other bullshit.

Let people say that…. I can nearly guarantee anyone that thinks that isn’t someone you want to work with anyway.  

❌ When I first started out I was on the fast track to burnout.  If I didn’t reply in Voxer within an hour I would be getting messages on every friggin platform trying to ask a question… Many of which could be found on Google within 60 seconds. 

❌I was spending way too much time in my DM’s, had notifications on for every app created by men, responded right away, and a whole host of other things that would have DEFINITELY created me burning out in no time.

I was bending boundaries (or not having any at all) that I WOULDN’T EVEN DARE do/ question/ ask/ expect of my own mentors/ coaches.

I see people shit on the coaching industry about “All I did was work”, “I worked harder than I did in corporate”, “I  couldn’t turn off”, all kinds of stories… And I hate to say that but it is a YOU problem, not the industry problem.  This is why burnout is so high in helping professions. But go on, blame the coaching industry & the coaches 🥴

Having boundaries, communicating your boundaries, AND STAYING IN YOUR BOUNDARIES are your responsibility.

Recognize the language you use & the chatter of your mind when you either make them or are pushed in them “What if they don’t resign”, “What if I lose the sale”, “What if they think I’m a bitch”, “What if they don’t refer people to me”, “What if people try to cancel me”...

That is NOT THE LANGUAGE of a multi 6-7 figure CEO. 

Check yourself & call yourself out on the shadows, language, & stories that are creating your current reality.
