Environment Style in Business for BG5/ Human Design

In business there can be multiple places where resistance, or exhaustion, is showing up.

My environment style is Solo & Large Group.  In the beginning of my business I scaled solely through 1:1, very intentionally & with a long term vision for why I started at the top & worked down.  1:1 is now something I offer on a VERY limited basis as it can become an energy drain if I am too booked with 1:1 calls.  I personally top out at about 3 private clients at once.

(Note worth mentioning: Environment style is not the same as Environment which is based on the variables).

Environment style can be:

Solo

Partnership

Small Group

Large Group

Or any combination of the above.

For myself & my clients first & foremost strategy & authority must lead business decisions.  I then use something like this as the 1 degree adjustments we can make as you go or to help craft a long term vision / business plan that is aligned with your energy.

What do I mean by that?

If your environment style is solo, if you are desiring to be a coach there WILL be some amount of working with other people in the beginning, although long term you could have the business automated.

If your environment style is partnership, especially as a Projector, you may find you want to scale your business yet NOT continue to trade time for money so therefore we look at off ramps into masterminds or courses… OR we begin to look at luxury level pricing with limited clients per year, as an example.  

AND, if we are meeting energetic resistance in filling a type of offer sometimes we can come back to the environment style & ask how we can align the offer better to your energetic blueprint.

Strategy is where we can look at your energetic blueprint & come up with a plan on how to build a business that feels good and SCALES in a sustainable way.

In the online space there is a focus on trading long term strategy that creates a sustainable and SCALABLE business your way for short term wins or following what the “gurus” are saying.
