Grounding into Earth through Foods

I see often people unwilling to give up pop, or other addictive foods, on their "health journey" or even in their spiritual journey....

 

I challenge you to become aware of the conditioning you are experiencing through food and drinks. We have all heard the saying "You are what you eat", but you are conditioned by what you eat as well.

 

Become aware of the addictions that corporations have created for you.

 

Start to get angry that this is allowed. That we are literally being programmed by big corporations, and while our health goes down the shitter these big corporations make MASSIVE bank on our addictions.

 

Then other big corporations make MASSIVE bank on helping our "health issues" with pumping you full of pills that only FURTHER condition and program you.

 

By buying into the paradigm that "I can't give up pop, I can't give up sugar, I don't have time to workout" you are LITERALLY buying into the current paradigm & programming.

 

You are giving in to the Matrix.

 

Glitch the Matrix.

Take your power back.

Does this mean never have sugar? No.

 

But have it on YOUR terms, not because you are addicted and suppressing your psychic & healing abilities by feeding into the Matrix.

 

Because that is exactly what happens. You suppress your abilities. Your Cosmic Alignment.

 

You cloud your connection to the Quantum and your natural magic.

Willing. Handing it over.

 

Further, your food and what you eat can cause you to feel ungrounded and block the circuitry between your root and Earth Star Chakra.

 

The "super root" is your ability to root and ground into the Earthly & Universal energies.

 

While it would seem like the root chakra itself already handles this the earth star chakra goes a step further to be the anchor of the whole HUMAN body chakra system.

 

A clear channel between your Root & Earth Star Chakra provides a connection which allows for feelings of grounding, stability, wellbeing and connection to your Cosmic abilities on this Earthly plane.

This chakra also helps to manage your energies by dispelling negative energy and channeling positive energy from the earth.

 

While, typically, we are told to "Ground" to activate this connection this is a connection that can be easily clouded and conditioned by the foods we eat.

If you are doing traditional spiritual grounding activities and you still feel foggy, can't access your powers or feel as though some days you have a connection and some you don't, like a bad internet connection....

 

There is likely a block or conditioning within the connection between your root & Earth Star Chakra.

 

This will also block your abilities to move between the underworld and this world. This is the physical underworld as well as YOUR personal Plutonian energy & the deep truth hidden within.

 

Think Persephone. We should be able to move between the Underworld and this world easily and without resistance.
