I have a confession to make…

Somewhere along the way I took on unconscious contracts that don’t serve….

Under the surface sneaky sneaky agreements that gained momentum.

That to play the game at the “next” level, to be invited to speak with the IT influencers/ coaches/ etc I would have to be…

More polished…

Refined…

Proper.

And while my version of polished, refined, & proper is likely still a long way off from the “right” strategy, “right” image, & professional head shots…

It still wasn’t fully ME.

And inevitably when you aren’t fully YOU, you end up in a sticky spot of being in places that aren’t meant for you…

In business & life.

It’s all a lesson & all serves its purpose.

A personal policy is that I always make the right decisions & everything is always working FOR me so those decisions worked for me & helped me gain even more experience to bring to the table in my own business & those I serve….

And it’s time to throw them in the fuck it bucket.

I do not desire to opt in to the idea that I should be, need to be, have to be lazy, work less, or do less.  That hustle is “bad”, and in fact, it is my belief that this very thing is causing the VAST majority of people to be stuck AF in their business to the point their business never gains wings.

And let’s be honest- There is a big difference between hustle & driving yourself into the ground on a hamster wheel ignoring signs from your body.  

I am also not saying rest is bad or that we don’t need self care (But I don’t even need to explain this to those that get it).  What I AM saying is the reason you are burned out is likely multi-faceted & has little to do with how much you work in your business.

Kim K received a ton of backlash for her comments, and while we could split hairs over being born into money & what kind of advantage that lends or how she got her start, I agree with what she said,

A lot of people don’t want to work but they want the results.

My problem, and likely yours,

Has never been that I take too much on,

Do too much,

Create too much,

Move too fast.

My problem is that I have unconsciously opted into the belief that was BAD therefore wasted energy trying to be anything other than who I was.

And this is the case for so many creators.

We come ALIVE when we are doing just that,

Creating.

Serving.

Going SOMETHING productive.

And while I am all for, and love, the Netflix binge from time to time (Just destroyed Inventing Anna in a couple nights) it doesn’t light me up….

BEING the wild creator & serving, being around, the wild ones that have a fire in their belly & simply can’t stop until their legacy is born lights me up.

I am lit up when I am busy doing shit I love,

Creating shit I love,

And serving those that also are driven & want to be in the mud of their creations.

And no, it isn’t because I am a Generator although I can leverage my design to make business & money even THAT much more flow & “of course this happens for me”.

It is a special breed that lives in this space….

It isn’t something that can be taught although it can be nurtured & the flames can be fanned.

So if you have ever questioned that YOU need to be more polished, refined, “proper”, something other than what you are….

Remember:  That rough around the edges, rebel, badaass YOUNESS is your magic.  Anything less causes resistance in your business.

And yes, we can implement strategy that amplifies your wild creative flow and YET it isn’t about having to be something you aren’t to be at the next level & it sure as hell isn’t about jumping through all the proper hoops, even if the hoops are more bubble baths & flowers (I have nothing against flowers nor bubble baths- And yet they are still hoops to be worthy enough, receive more, be seen as X).  

This isn’t about fuck the strategy it is about pulling back all the layers to find out what strategy supports YOU like the river banks support the wild flow of the river.  A cup & river banks both hold water….

Allow structure to be the river banks.

It is simply about remembering who the EFF you ARE under all the conditioning, shoulds, & need to’s, then continuing to make the 1 degree shifts as you go.

I also share this with you because most DO NOT share it, even when it happens behind the scenes.  Most keep on keeping on while the dumpster is on fire out of the frame of the IG story.

How do I know?  I am often called in when everything is on fire to help people align with their design & create more ease simply by making bank being THEMSELVES.  

You can’t get out of this human experience & no matter how much you know or embody your Human Design conditioning can be sneaky & slowly start to creep in under your conscious awareness.  

So I raise a glass to my momentary amnesia of who the fuck I am…
