Skillful Nonchalance in Business

I don’t know where I will be in a year from now but it sure as shit doesn’t stop me from growing a business, and putting structure in place, that supports me now.

I often hear from entrepreneurs that they are afraid to put structure or strategy in place because “what if I change?”.

I hope you change.

I pray you change.

I pray you grow so fast you don’t recognize yourself in 6 months.

I pray I change so much that 6 months from now I don’t recognize myself.

AND you can do so within a business structure that supports you NOW, and later. A business that is able to be sold when you decide to pivot.  A business that can be taken over by coaches you have trained to keep things moving & generating income without YOU coaching.  A business that stands on its own two feet without you constantly being live to run it.

Sure, it may require some energy in the NOW to get systems in place yet the payoff is well worth it when you have a business that grows without you constantly hustling month to month chasing the next arbitrary “milestone”.

A dark underbelly of this industry is a lot of money being made with women in the hospital sick from stress, women with adrenal fatigue, exhausted, & ready to burn down their business.

That isn’t business.

That isn’t sustainable.

And it doesn’t matter how many millions you generated if you put yourself in an early grave trying to keep up with the spiritual “it” coaches online…

Who, many, aren’t even being fully transparent on what they did to grow & sustain their business.

I don’t see myself coaching business forever.  In fact, scaling back to type specific masterminds allows me more space to grow in other realms rather than constantly churning out courses in business.

What is to come from that open space?  I guess we will have to see what the sacral responds to!

I feel like this place is a skillful nonchalance. A trust in the now, a trust in the process, and a willingness to move where I am being called.
