We (WOMEN) Must Stop Policing Women…

It is fascinating to me that as a culture we are blind to the false assumptions underlying many relationships & even business, still deaf to the snide remarks some women make to undercut other women, still unable to pull the feminine out of the mud & toxic paradigms.

And this, more often than not, is made by OTHER women.  Typically women who are “feminine led” & “in flow”.  The rules, paradigms, & musts of the “new age feminine” paradigm are STILL rooted, grounded, & embedded in toxic feminine.  Telling women how they should, need, have to be to ____.

The thing is, as well, this is often a more insidious way of control & toxicity… The “to be successful & scale your business in feminine leadership you MUST……..”

➡️ Learn to receive more, not work, nap more, not hustle, take more bubble baths, do your marketing a certain way, speak a certain way, dress a certain way, lean back more… No lean back MORE..…

The list goes on.

Instead of helping women find WHAT IS TRUE FOR THEM when they are lit up, in flow, ignited, alive from life itself…

SO ON PURPOSE, brimming with vitality, overflow of abundance that they are simply one with life itself & moving from a place of core grounding.

  1. You can’t be a Projector & work.
  2. You can’t be a feminine leader & show up for training without a full face of makeup, fancy earrings, & a wide brimmed hat.
  3. Women can’t run an empire & be a mom.
  4. Women can’t be high performers & love the hustle, she must have trauma if she does.

A good little female entrepreneur bot must ________ (insert guru lessons du jour that simply takes most further from who they are rather than more grounded in who they are) 

Now, is any of that inherently wrong?  Of course not.  However when did “feminine flow” & “feminine leadership” become simply a new box to make women feel like shit for not fitting into.

When I was deep into Crossfit it was WOMEN (outside of the community of course) that were the most judgemental on what women should & shouldn’t look like.  Although, when I have posted pictures in the past on IG “feminists” were the first to run to their stories about how “women can’t be ripped…. A WOMAN MUST be soft/ have curves”.

In business it is WOMEN that are the most critical of other women’s way of doing business & being in flow THEIR way.

I find women have more rules on how to be than any male I have hired in business…

And yet so many are still blind to this.

My opinion, take it or leave it, is that a lot of the anti-hiring men, anti-”old man” way is a “feminine” paradigm that is keeping A LOT of women out of their power; plucking them from one box & dropping them in another should/ need/ have to/ must box. 

I fucking love Tony Robbins, yet apparently the feminine way is cancelling him because he is “toxic”, blind to the toxicity in it’s own new paradigm.  I am wired hot, if I was a horse I would be a chestnut Thoroughbred mare that loves racing (If you know horses you get it!), yet the current feminine paradigms wants to tame that, control it, chain it, essentially make it wrong….

Because women in their power, regardless of what that looks like, is a threat to the “new way”, which is simply the “old way” repackaged.

You may not agree now, but I can nearly guarantee in time it will be a revelation.  I had to learn the hard way, myself.

Why has the energy become so mired?  Working with dreams is like working with excavation, digging through the layer upon layer of facades that cover our true self prior to being able to reach it.  Now, this process only takes as long as you DECIDE how it gets to be for you & then take action from there…

And yet, so many will still not see it.

You GET TO do life & business your way, from soul, ignited, turned on from your own raw energy & power.  Period. The end.
