The one thing I rejected in my business for so long was the one thing I deeply desired….

Structure & predictability.

When I first started out in business I started in the strategy only world.  I rejected that after deciding it was too “hard” & “overwhelming” (Really, my attachment style to my business was a hot mess & it had nothing to do with the strategy).  

I then went allllllll the way over to the energy only space.

And sure, my business grew.  I made nearly a million in income & more impact than I could imagine.

And it worked, until it didn’t.   

The sugar high ended, I realized I wanted, you know, a BREAK, without launching a live course & constantly asking “What am I launching this month so that I can hit the new IT milestone”.

Yet, I couldn’t step off the hamster wheel without the wheels coming off because there was no security, long term plan, or substantial recurring income in my business.

And THIS is where so many spiritual entrepreneurs get stuck, especially when they first learn about Human Design & decide “waiting” means no ability to create long term structure.

One bad launch, or one bad month, away from disaster.

This will also create a ceiling on healing your nervous system.  If you have no stability or safety in your business your nervous system will have a hard time achieving a regulated state.

This may show up long term as nagging health issues, migraines, sore joints or muscles, sleep issues, stomach ulcers, increased hair shedding, etc.

Structure not only allows you the space to heal but also gives you the safety to do the things you want to do:

For example, retiring your husband or wife.  That becomes a lot more safe & possible when you have recurring income for the next 6, 9, or 12 months that blows both your previous income out of the water.  I know for my husband he had no interest in leaving his job when I was going month to month because there was no set income coming in over the long term to show it was possible.

I also hear a lot in the industry that “there is no way for entrepreneurs to know where they will be in a year financially”, in regards to long term contracts they get into.  The problem is that (many) spiritual entrepreneurs are not being taught how to build businesses that ALLOW them to know where they are in a year.  Why are we not seeing this?  

We are truly asking the wrong questions in this space & it is causing a lot of powerful creators to burn out, despite how much they make, or never get the momentum in the first place.

You are more capable than you realize.  You got into business for freedom, fulfillment, flow and a life beyond your wildest dreams…

Not just for YOU but for those you serve.

And to reach your highest potential you MUST be in it for the long game.

The long game means asking better questions, creating safety in the business, looking long term & working backwards, & creating a BUSINESS.

There is nothing wrong with having your business as a hobby & generating whatever it will monthly.

But if you are here for massive impact & income.

If you are here for a life wilder than your dreams.

If you are here to have all the horses (😜), to retire your partner, to send your kids to the fancy school you can’t currently send them to…

And truly live the width, depth, & height of your life….

Allowing your business to be boring & creating the structure needed to allow it to thrive as its own entity long term, is the best thing you can do.

I often then get asked “When should I start thinking about this?”.

Now.  It is never too early.  

Just like in relationships with people we must address our attachment style to our business & wealth.  It is, including people, all energy after all, just different forms!  

Until we address the subconscious beliefs & programs that make up your current reality you cannot create a new reality.  

And this is what I am passionate about.  Helping entrepreneurs rewire their mindset, heal their nervous system,  identify blind spots, strategize, & create tangible results through BOTH energy & strategy.
